Allison Methvin is the founder and president of DEFINE Leadership Marketing. She held leadership roles in brand management, innovation and strategy at Keurig/Dr Pepper (KDP) for the last 18 years. Allison leads DEFINE is also able to bring in highly regarded members of her valued network to support her clients, as needed.  

Change Agent :: Allison embraces and manages change, having facilitated the marketing integration of Keurig and Dr Pepper post-merger.  She led the marketing rollout of a consumer segmentation model which now drives the KDP corporate strategy.  She also created and led a Joint Business Planning Process, which created stronger relationships and drove growth with key retailers via a unified long-term strategy.  She is an expert in creating consensus among stakeholders and generating forward momentum to win.

Brand Marketer :: Allison is an experienced brand leader, creating the positioning, development and execution of national programs and advertising, rooted in consumer intelligence. She drives cross-functional, senior-level teams through the implementation of marketing plans.

Collaborator :: Allison is a great facilitator and an effective leader, with 18 years of experience building cross-functional teams in a $18 billion company.  She creates strong relationships amongst colleagues in marketing, strategy, finance, sales, supply chain, R&D, engineering, HR, corporate communications, investor relations, revenue management, legal, as well as partner agencies.  

Executive Chief Of Staff :: Allison provides expert support for the executive team: strategic consultation, marketing mentorship, corporate vision advocacy script and presentation development, day to day support.  

Personal :: Allison is a dedicated community volunteer, wife and mother of three. She lives with her family in Dallas, TX. She received her BBA Cum Laude from Texas A&M University and her MBA from Southern Methodist University.
